Prepare an initial budget estimate to assess the feasibility of the design proposal

Pre- Qualification of contractors to understand their Financial capability Technical capability and Track record etc.,
Advising on appropriate contract package, tendering procedures, contractual arrangements and procurement methods including liaising with the client’s advisers.

Establishing standard procedures with the contractor and subcontractor for monthly valuations of progress payment.
Certifying all Running bills submitted by the contractor.
